Donovan Lord holds a Master of Architecture degree, BFA in Interior Architecture and Design, is an interior designer, and real estate broker with more than two decades of experience shaping refined residential environments. As the founder of DLD, Donovan brings together built design, interiors, landscape design, and real estate insight to create homes that feel deeply personal, beautifully composed, and effortlessly livable. His work is rooted in the belief that a home should be more than visually impressive. It should support the way people live, gather, rest, and move through the world.

With a background spanning built design, interior design, marketing, and residential real estate, Donovan approaches each project with a rare ability to see the full picture: the structure, the site, the interiors, the lifestyle, and the long-term value of the property.
