Bluffview

A brand new addition replaced part of an old, dilapidated home that was in need of major help. Part of the home was kept and completely remodeled, the rest was ground up new which we provided construction services to our client for a fully turnkey experience - design - build - live. We chose to reuse the existing herringbone hardwood flooring in the new build as well as other reclaimed materials. The directive we had was to maintain some of the original character of the neighborhood, mostly spanish and Mediterranean style homes mixed with other 20's and 30's popular styles while bringing it into the 21st century.
