Shadow Lane

Donovan Lord designed this single story 2200 sf home for a couple in the Dallas area wanting something contemporary but without a flat roof, with privacy in the front and lots of light. The irregular diamond shaped lot created a variety of constraints that helped to shape the overall design of the house. Using these parameters, Donovan created a naturally light-filled and expansive space with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a 2 car garage.
